Shipping Policies

Canadian customers :

Free shipping on orders over $99.00 before taxes.

Same day/next day delivery available within Metro Vancouver area – Please call or text for details as cut off times

*weight and size restrictions may apply – our shipping department will contact you to discuss subsidized shipping options.

International Customers :

Customers can select the shopping option preferred at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs, duty, taxes.

We do our very best to process all orders within 24~48 hours(Business days only, we currently to do process or ship orders on weekends or Statutory Holidays) Please note: Orders that include a PRE-ORDER item will be held in full until release date.

 

Return Policies

Customer has 3 business days to report any missing or damaged parts from date of receiving any merchandise.

All returns must be pre-authorized by Nail Of The DAY and any associated shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns, Course Cancellations and/or Exchanges may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All sales are considered final unless product failures are due to manufacturer defect.

Absolutely NO returns/exchanges on discontinued, sale or used merchandise.

There are no returns/refunds/exchanges after 30 days.
